WotWire is a prediction-market monitoring product. It does not execute trades, hold customer funds, or provide investment, betting, or legal advice.
Terms of Service
By accessing wotwire.com or creating an account you agree to these draft terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service displays stored market data synced from third-party venues (including Polymarket and Kalshi) plus WotWire-computed monitoring metrics, alerts, and optional AI-generated explanations. Venue rules, availability, and accuracy are controlled by those venues, not by WotWire. Data may be delayed, incomplete, or labeled as a disclosed proxy.
You may not scrape, overload, or attempt unauthorized access to operator APIs, other users’ accounts, or non-public admin tools. Public pages may be used without an account; signed-in features (watchlists, alert preferences, billing) require a WotWire account via the configured auth provider (Supabase).
WotWire may suspend access for abuse, unpaid invoices, or operational necessity. These terms may change; material changes will be noted by updating the draft date on this page until counsel adopts a versioning process.
Privacy Policy
We collect only what the product needs to run accounts, preferences, billing, and service operations. We do not sell personal information. We do not use your watchlists or alert settings to train a public foundation model.
Processors that may receive data to provide the service: Supabase (authentication and database), Vercel (hosting), Render (scheduled jobs), Stripe (payments — card numbers go to Stripe, not WotWire), Resend (transactional alert email), and Google Gemini (optional insight/alert text generation from market context, not from your password).
Contact for privacy requests: hello@so.wotwire.com or via in-product account settings.

GDPR and CCPA
If you are in the EEA/UK you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and objection, and you may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Legal bases we expect counsel to confirm: contract (account features), legitimate interests (security, fraud, service reliability), and consent where required for optional emails.
If you are a California resident: we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are used in the CPRA for cross-context behavioral advertising. You may request know, delete, and correct. We will not discriminate for exercising those rights. Submit requests to hello@so.wotwire.com.
FTC AI disclosure
Insights and some alert explanations on WotWire may be AI-generated or derived from a deterministic fallback method. They are not consistently live Gemini output. Market Detail “Why this moved” copy is stored in stored_insights; some Wotchtower alert explanations are stored in alert_explanation_cache. Each row records whether it came from Google Gemini or from the fallback (is_fallback). In current operation Gemini generation is intermittent (budget, errors, or skipped runs); a deterministic fallback frequently serves instead and is labeled as such — not a hidden model. Locked metric-dictionary formulas on /metrics are not AI.
Whether Gemini or fallback, this text is monitoring context only. It is not a personalized recommendation to buy, sell, bet, or transact, and it can be wrong. Human review is not guaranteed before display.
Arbitration
Draft clause (US users): except for claims that may be brought in small claims court, disputes arising from these terms or the service shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. You and WotWire waive class actions and class arbitration. Either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual-property or unauthorized-access claims. Governing law (draft): Delaware, excluding conflict-of-law rules. This clause is inactive as a consumer contract until counsel reviews opt-out windows, venue, and notice requirements.
User-generated content and liability
You retain rights in names, notes, and other text you submit (watchlist labels/notes, dashboard preset names, admin review notes, and any community/comment fields if enabled). You grant WotWire a limited license to store and display that content to operate the feature you used. You must not submit unlawful, infringing, or deceptive content.
WotWire is not liable for other users’ content. We may remove content that violates these terms. Reporting artifact “community calibration” and comment-style UI, where present, is prototype or user-supplied and is not WotWire’s statement of fact.
Refunds, fulfillment, and warranty disclaimer
